LifeHQ exists to be trusted with the most personal data there is. That only works if we treat trust as the product. Here is exactly what we do — no jargon, no vagueness.
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). There is no plaintext copy of your information, anywhere, ever.
Row-level security
Every record in our database is bound to your account at the database layer itself. Even our own application code cannot read one member's data while acting for another.
We never sell data
Our entire business model is the subscription. No advertisers, no data brokers, no 'partners'. If that ever changes, we'd have to tell you and you can leave with everything.
Minimal by design
We ask only for what powers your briefing. No bank credentials in this phase — you choose what to share, and the product degrades gracefully if you share less.
Export & delete — 72-hour SLA
One click exports your data. One click deletes your account, and we purge everything within 72 hours. This SLA is a public commitment, not a support-ticket lottery.
Honest mistakes policy
If a briefing is wrong, we correct it visibly in the next one — never silently. If we ever have an incident, you hear it from us first, in plain language.
